If you are experiencing an issue and you have tried all of the troubleshooting materials available to you (including this knowledge base!), follow this guide to submit a Technical Support Request.

How to submit a request

Fill out a Technical Support Request form

Navigate to the customer portal for the Videon Help Desk

  1. If you do not have a customer account yet, click sign up for an account under "Don't have a login?"
  2. Fill out the brief account creation
  3. Click "Technical Support"
  4. Fill out the fields and click "Create"

Send Videon Technical Support an email
  1. Address the email to
  2. Make sure to include:
    1. The device Serial Number located on a sticker on the bottom
    2. Debug logs from when the issue is being experienced (How to Export Debug Logs)
    3. A description of the issue being experience (the more detail the better!)
