How to submit a request
Fill out a Technical Support Request form
Navigate to the customer portal for the Videon Help Desk
- If you do not have a customer account yet, click sign up for an account under "Don't have a login?"
- Fill out the brief account creation
- Click "Request technical support"
- Fill out the fields and click "Submit"
Send Videon Technical Support an email
- Address the email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Make sure to include
- The device Serial Number located on a sticker on the bottom
- Debug logs from when the issue is being experienced (How to Export Debug Logs)
- A description of the issue being experience (the more detail the better!)
