Fill out a Technical Support Request form

Navigate to the customer portal for the Videon Help Desk

  1. If you do not have a customer account yet, click sign up for an account under "Don't have a login?"
  2. Fill out the brief account creation
  3. Click "Request technical support"
  4. Fill out the fields and click "Submit"
